T. Koti Reddy: A Legacy of Educational Vision
T. Koti Reddy has been a cornerstone of academic excellence since 2002, when he established the TVR Group of Schools. His journey as a founder reached a new milestone in 2017 with the launch of Bachpan School, Suraram, where he pioneered a unique blend of early childhood development and a rigorous Olympiad curriculum.
Under his leadership, education transcends rote learning to focus on “training the mind to think.” By balancing state-of-the-art infrastructure with deep-rooted traditional values, Reddy ensures a holistic environment where students thrive. Through the TVR Group, he remains dedicated to making high-quality, visionary education accessible to every child.

A globally accomplished academician, Dr. Ravi Chandra Reddy Sura brings rich international exposure and decades of academic excellence. As Academic Director of TVR Group of Schools, he has mentored thousands of students through IITians Propel Academy and guided leading institutions like Deeksha Junior Colleges (Suchitra & ECIL).
His vision is centred on building future-ready learners, fostering conceptual clarity, and creating strong academic ecosystems that empower students to excel both nationally and globally.
